These terms govern your use of attributeco.com (the “site”), operated by Attribute Co (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you engage us for services, the written agreement or proposal we sign with you governs that work, and it takes priority over these terms where they conflict.

Using the site

• You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate business purposes.
• Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no scraping at a volume that affects performance, and no submitting unlawful, harmful or misleading content through our forms.

Information on the site

Content on the site is general information about our services. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Examples and illustrations on the site are clearly labeled and are not promises of specific results. Pricing shown is current at the time of publishing and may change; the price in your signed proposal or agreement is the one that applies.

Our services

When you become a client, the scope, fees, timelines, guarantees (such as the Margin Leak Sprint guarantee) and other terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

• Monthly plans are month-to-month after an initial 60-day period and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
• You keep ownership of your data and of accounts created in your name. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and grant you the rights you need to use what we deliver for your business.
• You’re responsible for approving customer-facing messages and for making sure your use of the services complies with laws and professional rules that apply to your business.

Automated assistant

The chat assistant on this site is automated and uses pre-written answers. It may be incomplete or out of date. For anything important, contact us directly.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to or mention third-party products. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Product names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them doesn’t imply any partnership or endorsement.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and branding belong to Attribute Co. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, other than for ordinary personal viewing or sharing a link.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Attribute Co won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to $100. Liability for client services is governed by your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your service agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
