PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information Attribute Co (“we”, “us”) collects through attributeco.com and in the course of working with clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain English.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: typically your name, company, email, phone number, what you’re interested in and any message you include. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Client data. If you become a client, we may process business data you give us access to (for example, contact lists, call and message logs, or sales exports). We handle that under our agreement with you and only to deliver the services you’ve asked for.

We don’t use advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule calls.
• To provide, maintain and improve the services you’ve engaged us for.
• To send occasional updates if you’ve subscribed (every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask).
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

AI and your data

We use third-party AI and automation tools to deliver our services. We choose providers whose business terms do not allow them to use your data to train their models, and we never use your data to train AI models. Client data is used only for your engagement.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and deliver our services — for example website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, phone and messaging, CRM and AI providers — and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s useful for the conversation and any resulting engagement, and client data for the length of the engagement plus any period required by law or agreed in your contract. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email hello@attributeco.com. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to let clients know.
