Jeramy has spent more than 20 years running multi-channel distribution operations — purchasing, pricing, sales, marketing, e-commerce and the P&L that ties them together.
He grew a regional platform roughly 2x while leading about 700 basis points of gross-margin expansion, built a commercial sales division from zero, and turned around underperforming locations. Most of that work came down to the same thing: getting the unglamorous systems right — follow-up, pricing discipline, clean data, clear reporting.
Attribute Co exists because those systems can now be built with AI and run for a fraction of what a team would cost. We don’t hand you a strategy deck. We build the thing, run it, and show you the numbers.
